For several decades, the small village of South Warren has harboured a bizarre and terrifying legend which tells of an ancient beast, said to stalk the surrounding woods in search of prey. The entity, known as The Creature of Canis Creek, is believed by locals to be responsible for a number of strange disappearances and grizzly deaths in the town’s turbulent history.

When a sceptical documentary maker and her unwitting crew set out to debunk the myth, they soon come to realise that some mysteries are better left unsolved…
